How does the loyalty program work?
Create an account for free, earn points with every purchase or action, and redeem them for discounts. The more you accumulate, the more benefits you unlock.
All your information (points, rewards, tier) is visible in your loyalty account.
If you have multiple email addresses, we can merge your accounts upon request.
Is the loyalty program free?
Yes, it is completely free. Simply create an account to start earning points.
How are points calculated?
€1 spent = 1 point.
Points can then be exchanged for discounts.
With Silver status (250 points minimum) and Gold status (500 points minimum), your points are multiplied by 1.1 and 1.2 respectively when you place orders.
My points haven’t been added—what should I do?
Points appear after the order has been validated.
If you don’t see them, check:
- that you were logged in,
- that your action is eligible,
- that the processing time has elapsed.

What happens if I return my order?
If you make a return, the points earned on the returned product will automatically be deducted from your account.
If you used a discount voucher obtained with your points, the value of that voucher will also be deducted from the refunded amount (as it has already been used).
When will I receive my referral reward?
As soon as your referral places their first order via your referral link or using their gift voucher, you will automatically receive your discount by email.
Do the points expire, and can they be combined with promo codes?
Points expire after 12 months.
Discounts obtained through points cannot be combined with other promo codes or applied to discounted products.
Can I get points for my past orders?
Yes. Points are automatically awarded for all orders placed since May 1, 2025, even if you weren’t logged in to your account at the time of purchase.
*Delivery is free in mainland France (home delivery and pickup points), as well as in Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Austria (pickup points only).
