What are the delivery methods and times?
We offer home delivery, mailbox delivery and pick-up point delivery in certain areas.
Our delivery times in France vary from 3 to 4 days after your order has been processed. Delivery is free for purchases over €40.
Our international delivery times vary from 3 to 13 business days. Delivery is free for orders over €40 or €150, depending on the area.
Important note: Due to exceptional circumstances (peak periods, holidays, unforeseen events, etc.), delivery times may be extended. In this case, a notice will be displayed on our website to keep you informed.

What are the delivery rates?
Delivery rates vary depending on the destination country.
- France: €4.90 (free for all orders over €40)
- Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal: from €4.90 (free for all orders over €40)
- Rest of the European Union: €9.90 (free for all orders over €150)
- DOM-TOM, Switzerland and the rest of the world: €14.90 (free for any order over €150)
For deliveries to overseas territories and outside the European Union, customs fees may apply upon arrival of your package. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. No refused packages will be accepted.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is prepared, you will receive an email with the package tracking information . You will then be able to follow the path and estimated delivery date in real time.
I did not receive a confirmation email
When you complete your purchase on our store, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If this is not the case:
- Remember to check your spam folder;
- If in doubt, contact us at hello@maisondelamour.fr to ensure that your order has been registered and/or that the email address entered is valid.
I wish to cancel/modify my order
Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to cancel or change it. This includes custom jewelry orders, which are made specifically for you according to your instructions.
Before confirming your order, please carefully check the spelling of the texts to be engraved for personalized jewelry, as well as the use of upper and lower case letters. Any errors in the personalization cannot be corrected after validation of your order.
How do I return my order?
Our return policy allows you to return one or more items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the products are in their original condition, unworn and accompanied by all accessories.
The return form can be downloaded here and must be included in the returned package. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
We remind you that personalized jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned.

Which countries are eligible for delivery?
We deliver to mainland France and the French overseas territories (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Réunion, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, French Southern Territories and Wallis-et-Futuna).
We also deliver to the following countries: Algeria, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, United Arab Emirates, Spain, Estonia, United States, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Morocco, Mexico, New Zealand, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic and Turkey.

Jewelry
Is the jewelry water resistant?
Yes, all our jewelry is made of stainless steel and is resistant to fresh water, sea water, and perspiration. It won't blacken over time. You can wear it 24/7.
Furthermore, all our jewelry is hypoallergenic.
Does the jewelry come in a gift box?
Yes , we want to make your shopping experience as special as possible.
Each piece of jewelry is carefully packaged in an elegant gift box (case or pouch, for bangles).
The piece of jewelry I wanted is out of stock, what should I do?
If the item you wanted is a victim of its own success, you can click "Notify me when available!" on the product ad.
If the item comes back in stock, you will be automatically alerted by email.
How to know the ring size?
You can measure the circumference of your fingers using our Size Guide .
Most of our rings are adjustable (minimum 52, maximum 66). The fit varies from model to model. Please refer to the description of each item.
What to do if a piece of jewelry breaks?
If you encounter a problem with one of the jewels, you should contact customer service at hello@maisondelamour.fr .
Please remember to attach your first and last name, order number and photos to the email as proof.
