Are the jewelry pieces water-resistant?
Yes, all our jewelry is made of stainless steel and resistant to fresh water, seawater, and perspiration. It does not tarnish over time. You can wear it 24/7.
Additionally, all our jewelry is hypoallergenic.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMESCALES?
We offer home delivery to your mailbox only.
Our delivery times in France range from 3 to 4 days after your order has been processed. Delivery is free on orders of €40 or more (otherwise €4.90).
Our delivery times internationally range from 3 to 13 business days. Delivery is free on orders of €150 or more (otherwise from €5.90).

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you complete your purchase in our online store, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If this is not the case:
- Remember to check your spam folder;
- If in doubt, contact us at hello@maisondelamour.fr to make sure that your order has been successfully recorded and/or that the email address entered is valid.
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive an email with the parcel tracking information. You will then be able to track its progress and estimated delivery date in real time.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Our return policy allows you to return one or more items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the products are in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all accessories.
The return form can be downloaded here and must be included in the returned package. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please note that personalized jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned.
