DATA COLLECTED

BACK-IN-STOCK NOTIFICATIONS (SMS)
When you sign up to be informed when a product is back in stock, we collect your phone number solely in order to send you a single message notifying you of the availability of the product concerned.
This data is processed through our service provider Klaviyo, used to manage automated notifications and communications.
Your phone number is not used for commercial or promotional purposes without your explicit consent, and is never sold.

BACK-IN-STOCK ALERTS BY EMAIL
When you sign up for a back-in-stock alert by email, we collect your email address solely in order to inform you of the availability of the product concerned.
These communications are sent on a one-off basis and do not constitute marketing communications, unless you have explicitly consented to receive our offers and news.
The data is processed through our service provider Klaviyo, acting as a processor, and is neither sold nor used for any other purpose.

LOYALTY PROGRAM
Maison de l’Amour offers a loyalty program allowing customers to enjoy benefits (discounts, exclusive offers, gifts) based on their purchases.
In this context, certain data may be used, in particular order history and email address, in order to calculate and grant the benefits linked to the program.
If you tell us your birthday, it is saved in our emailing tool (Klaviyo) so that we can send you a message on your birthday. By providing it, you agree to receive our emails; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each of them, or ask for this date to be deleted by writing to us at hello@maisondelamour.fr.
This data is used exclusively for the operation of the loyalty program and is neither sold nor used for any other commercial purpose.

PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION
MAISON DE L'AMOUR may also collect personal information from you when you communicate with it, or when you provide your contact details during your visit to maisondelamour.fr.
If you choose to interact with MAISON DE L'AMOUR via social media or another third-party service, we will collect the information that you have provided to us through that platform.
Your Personal Data is collected on the basis of your explicit consent, or because it is necessary for the performance of your orders (performance of a contract) or because it serves a legitimate interest (for example fraud handling).

- Pandectes: recording of your cookie choice. Measurement and advertising tools, used only with your consent given in the cookie banner:
- Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics, Google Ads);
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Facebook, Instagram);
- Pinterest Europe Ltd;
- Triple Whale (United States): measurement of sales and advertising effectiveness.
Some data may be transferred outside the European Union, subject to appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses and/or Data Privacy Framework). Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the cookie management module.
SHARING ON SOCIAL MEDIA
We sometimes film the preparation of orders for our social media. Only the customer's first name may appear; no other information (last name, address, email) is shown. If you would prefer your first name not to appear, write to us at . The aim is to share the attention and care we put into every order, while guaranteeing respect for your privacy.
You also have the option of sharing certain information or content (product page) on the Site on social media. Your post will then be governed by the terms of use of the social network you have chosen. Content exported from our Site to social media is exported under your sole responsibility. MAISON DE L'AMOUR cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any use, exploitation or action by said networks, as soon as the content is exported from the Site.
"FIND MY JEWELRY" QUIZ
If you answer the quiz and leave your email address, your answers (who it is for, occasion, style, type of jewelry) and the suggested jewelry are saved in our emailing tool (Klaviyo) in order to send you your selection, your discount code and our news. You can unsubscribe in one click in each email.
VIRTUAL JEWELRY TRY-ON
RETENTION PERIOD
MAISON DE L'AMOUR undertakes to use Personal Data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described above.
Personal Data concerning you that is collected and processed in the "Contact" section will only be kept for as long as it takes to process your request.
Order data and invoices are kept for 10 years (accounting obligation). Your customer account data is kept until the account is deleted, or 3 years after your last activity.
We do not keep any bank data: it is processed directly by our payment providers.
Your identification Data used, with your consent, for sending newsletters and other publications from MAISON DE L'AMOUR will be kept for a period of three (3) years from their collection or from your last contact (for example, a request for documentation or a click on a hyperlink contained in an email; however, opening an email cannot be considered as contact on your part).
At the end of this three-year period, MAISON DE L'AMOUR may contact you again to find out whether or not you wish to continue receiving our newsletters and other publications. In addition, your Data will be destroyed within a maximum of two (2) business days of your unsubscribe request.
