Intellectual property

Subject to the rights of its partners, the content of the site is the exclusive property of the Publisher and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws. This legal notice is governed by and subject to French law, and in particular to the provisions of the French law of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy and the French law of January 6, 1978 as amended by the law of August 6, 2004 (Informatique et Libertés).

All disputes to which this legal notice may give rise, concerning its validity, interpretation, performance, termination, consequences and aftermath, will be submitted to the competent courts with jurisdiction over the place of habitual residence of the user of the Site.

They also have a right to object, a right to restriction and a right to portability of their personal data.
