Additionally, all our jewelry is hypoallergenic.

We offer home delivery, to your mailbox only.

Our delivery times in France range from 3 to 4 days after your order has been processed. Delivery is free for orders over €40 (otherwise €4.90).

Our delivery times internationally range from 3 to 13 business days. Delivery is free for orders over €150 (otherwise from €5.90).

When you complete your purchase in our store, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you do not:

- If in doubt, contact us at hello@maisondelamour.fr to make sure that your order has been successfully recorded and/or that the email address entered is valid.

Once your order has been prepared, you will receive an email with the parcel tracking information. You will then be able to track its journey and estimated delivery date in real time.

Our return policy allows you to return one or more items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the products are in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all accessories.

The return form can be downloaded here and must be included in the returned package. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
