WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES, METHODS, AND FEES?
The preparation time for an order can vary between 1 to 2 business days.
Our delivery times vary from 2 to 3 days after your order is processed. These times apply only to mainland France. Delivery times range from 3 to 6 days within Europe and 7 to 13 days for the rest of the world.
To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the stated timeframe, please ensure that your address is correctly entered when finalizing your order. The use of abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment details is essential to ensure proper delivery. We do not assume any responsibility for shipments that are lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered if the address provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Home delivery is free for purchases over €60 in France and over €150 in other countries.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?
To track the delivery status of your order, you will receive an email at the time of shipment with the carrier's tracking number.

Have you ordered an item that you do not like, or have you simply changed your mind? We are committed to providing a refund.
Refunds will be issued if the item(s) are returned in resalable condition, meaning not worn and returned in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt.
If the item(s) received do not match what you ordered, or if an item is missing from the package, please contact us at hello@maisondelamour.fr with the order number, photos of the received item(s), and the shipping label on the package.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Warning: For any customization, please check spelling, capitalization, and any other details carefully before validating your order. No modifications can be made after order confirmation. Furthermore, personalized jewelry is not eligible for returns. No refund requests will be accepted.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASES AND RECEIVE A REFUND?
Return fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
The procedure is as follows:
- Inform us of your intention to return one or more items at: hello@maisondelamour.fr
- Receive the return form to print
- Pack the item(s) to be returned in a shipping box with the completed return form
- Go to your nearest post office or print your return label directly online on the postal service's website
- Ship the package to: SAS MAISON DE L'AMOUR, 10 bis rue de la cure, 01190 PONT-DE-VAUX, FRANCE.
Upon receipt of the package, our customer service team will assess the condition of the returned goods. No returns will be accepted and therefore no refunds will be issued if the returned product is worn, soiled, damaged, and/or rendered unfit for sale. All returned items must include their original packaging in perfect condition and any gifts offered.
If your return is refused, you will be notified by email.
Please ensure you keep proof of postage. No refunds will be issued without proof of postage.
If your return is accepted, you will receive the refund via the payment method used for the order within 14 days.
