Items ordered on our site can be returned for a full refund if the return is made within 30 days of receiving the order. Please ensure that the returned items are in their original condition and unworn.

How to make a return?

You have two options to send your items back to us:

Option 1 : Use our Chronopost shipping label (recommended)
Simply request it from our customer service at hello@maisondelamour.fr, and we can generate a Chronopost shipping label for you. In this case, a flat fee of €3 will be deducted from your final refund (valid for orders within mainland France only).

Option 2: By your own means
You can send the package back to us via the carrier of your choice at the address below.

Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

It is important to note that you are responsible for the package’s safety until it reaches us. We recommend keeping the package’s tracking number. No refund can be issued without proof of shipment in case of dispute.

Please also note that personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

For any complaints regarding a defect or damage to your item, please contact our customer service at hello@maisondelamour.fr and include photos.
