What are the delivery methods and times?

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Colissimo delivery (letterbox): delivery times generally vary from 2 to 4 days after the order is processed.
  • Mondial Relay/Chronopost delivery (relay point): delivery times generally vary from 2 to 5 days after the order is processed.

Please note that delivery times quoted are estimates and may vary due to exceptional circumstances or delays beyond our control.

We strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience and timely delivery of your precious jewelry.

What are the delivery rates?

The delivery rates are as follows:

  • Colissimo delivery to letterbox: €5 (free for all orders over €100)
  • Mondial Relay/Chronopost delivery to a relay point: €4 (free for all orders over €60)

These rates are applicable for mainland France only.

How do I select my relay point?

The selection of the relay point is done after the payment step. You will have access to the list of points closest to you and the possibility of searching by postal code.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is prepared, you will receive an email with the tracking information of the package . You will then be able to follow the path and the estimated delivery date by the selected carrier.

I did not receive a confirmation email

When you finalize your purchase on the MAISON DE L'AMOUR website, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If this is not the case:

- Remember to check your spam folder;

- If in doubt, contact us at hello@maisondelamour.fr to ensure that your order has been registered.

I wish to cancel/modify my order

You have 15 minutes after registering your order to cancel or modify your order. You will then need to send us an email to hello@maisondelamour.fr .

After this period, we cannot guarantee the cancellation or modification of your order. It will be shipped and you can return it to us upon receipt of the package. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

How do I return my order?

Our return policy allows you to return one or more items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the products are in their original condition, unworn and accompanied by all accessories.

The return form must be requested at hello@maisondelamour.fr and must be included in the returned package. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

I didn’t collect my package from the relay point, what should I do?

The package remains available at the relay point for a period of 8 days . After this period, the package will be returned to the sender .

Once we receive the package, we will process the return within 14 working days. You will then receive the refund and you will be able to order again on www.maisondelamour.fr .

Jewelry

Is the jewelry water resistant?

Yes , our jewelry (rings, necklaces, bracelets, bangles and earrings) are resistant to fresh water, sea water and perspiration.

Our jewelry is made of stainless steel which means it will not rust.

You will find the composition of the jewelry on each of the product sheets.

Does the jewelry come in a gift box?

Yes , we want to make your shopping experience as special as possible.

Each piece of jewelry is carefully packaged in an elegant gift box (case or pouch, for bangles). In addition to the case, you have the option to specify in the comments, when you finalize your purchase, that it is a gift. Packaging will be offered to you, subject to available stock.

The piece of jewelry I wanted is out of stock, what should I do?

If the item you wanted is a victim of its own success, you can click on "Notify me when the product is available!" on the ad for the product in question.

If the item comes back into stock, you will be automatically alerted by email.

How to know the ring size?

You can measure the circumference of your fingers using our Size Guide .

All our rings are adjustable (minimum 52, maximum 76). The adjustment depends on each model. Please refer to the description of each ad.

What should I do if one of my pieces of jewelry breaks?

If you encounter a problem with one of the jewels, you should contact customer service at hello@maisondelamour.fr .

Please remember to attach your name, first name, order number and photos as proof to the email.
