Items ordered on our website may be returned for a full refund if the return is made within 30 days of receiving the order. Please ensure that returned items are in their original, unworn condition.

How do I make a return?

To make a return, please complete the form available for download here.

You have two options for returning your items to us:

Option 1 : Use our Chronopost shipping label (recommended)
Upon request to our customer service team at hello@maisondelamour.fr, we can generate a Chronopost shipping label for you. In this case, a flat fee of €3 will be deducted from your final refund (valid for orders in metropolitan France only).

Option 2 : At your own expense
You may return the package using the carrier of your choice to the address indicated below.

Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Please note that you are responsible for the security of the package until it reaches us. We recommend keeping the package's tracking number. No refund can be issued without proof of shipment in the event of a dispute.

Please also note that personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
