Items ordered from our website can be returned for a full refund if the return is made within 30 days of receiving the order. Please ensure that returned items are in their original condition and unworn.

How do I make a return?

To make a return, please fill out the form which can be downloaded here .

You have two options for returning your items to us:

Option 1 : Use our Chronopost shipping label (recommended)
Upon request to our customer service department at hello@maisondelamour.fr , we can generate a Chronopost shipping label for you. In this case, a flat fee of €3 will be deducted from your final refund.

Option 2 : Using your own resources
You can return the package to us via the carrier of your choice to the address indicated below.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

It is important to note that you are responsible for the security of the package until it reaches us. We advise you to keep the package tracking number. No refund can be issued without proof of postage in the event of a dispute.

Please also note that personalized products are not eligible for returns and refunds.

For any complaints regarding a defect or damage to your item, please contact our customer service at hello@maisondelamour.fr and attach photos.
