Are these earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
Yes. Hypoallergenic stainless steel with no nickel release: no redness or itching, even when worn all day.
Can I sleep or shower with them?
In the shower and when swimming, yes: they are waterproof. For sleeping, studs and mini hoops are fine; take off drop earrings, they can catch in your hair.
How do they close?
Studs and drops: a post with a butterfly back. Hoops: a hinged clasp that clicks shut. Ear cuffs: slip onto the cartilage, no piercing. The clasp type is visible in the photos.
Will they tarnish?
No. Stainless steel does not oxidise and the PVD gold finish withstands water, perfume and perspiration far better than gold plating.
Are they sold as a pair?
Yes, all our earrings are sold in pairs, delivered in their gift box.
