Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

It is important to note that you are responsible for the security of the package until it reaches us. We advise you to keep the package tracking number. No refund can be issued without proof of postage in the event of a dispute.

Please also note that personalized products are not eligible for returns and refunds.
